Technical Integrity: As a manufacturer, we cannot guarantee the condition of a device once it has been handled or operated outside our controlled environment.

Hygiene & Materials: Working with natural wool involves contact with organic fibers, which prevents us from accepting items back in "new" condition.

Damages and Issues
