The birth of a new character is always a small miracle. I start with a simple bundle of wool and slowly, needle stroke by needle stroke, the form begins to emerge. For this little duckling, I used high-quality wool and special techniques to achieve that soft, realistic look that defines my work. Here is how the process began..

The most delicate part is bringing the character to life through its eyes and expression. I spent hours refining the shape of the head and the tiny beak to capture that curious, innocent look of a real duckling. It requires a lot of patience and very fine needles, but seeing that personality emerge makes all the effort worth it.
